SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: 4-5 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
• Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can track your package using the tracking number provided.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@mossyisle.com within 3 days of the expected delivery date so we can resolve the issue.
